School Immunization Catch Up Clinics - Dec. 1st

Catch-up Immunization Clinics:
On Thursday December 1st, Ottawa Public Health will be hosting catch-up school immunization clinics for students. The clinic is intended for students in grade 9-12 who have missed school immunizations. There will be a limited number of timeslots available for students in grade 7-8 in the afternoon.
The following vaccines will be offered:
• Hepatitis B vaccine, a two or three-dose vaccine (depending on age).
• Meningococcal conjugate ACYW-135 vaccine, only one dose.
• Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine two or three-dose vaccines (depending on age).
• Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine, only one dose
Please see attached information from OPH and note that only students with completed permission forms will be able to receive a vaccine.
